Booking Information & Policies

I am so excited to capture your precious moments together. To officially reserve your session date, the following policies apply.

Retainer & Contract

A 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to book. Your date is not secured until both are received.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session prior to the start time.

Studio Fee

Studio sessions may require a rental fee of $50 to $80 depending on the studio selected. This fee is separate from your session investment.

Turnaround Time

Full galleries are delivered within 2 weeks unless otherwise stated. Sneak peeks are shared within 72 business hours after your session.

Guest Count

Packages include up to six people. Additional people are $20 per person.

Rescheduling Policy

Because session dates are limited, rescheduling is generally not available. However, if you are feeling unwell, please notify me at least 24 hours before your session time and I will do my best to accommodate a one-time reschedule based on availability.

Weather Policy

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe or severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or extreme temperatures. The final decision to reschedule due to weather will be made by Madison Raeann Photography to ensure safety, comfort, and the quality of your images. Weather-related reschedules will be moved to the next available date at no additional charge.

Session Timing

Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may reduce your session coverage time.

Image Delivery

Final edited images are delivered through an online gallery for download. Raw or unedited images are not provided.

Travel

Travel fees may apply for locations outside the local area.
